Course Curriculum
Duration of the course:
The course is divided into Four (4) semesters, with duration of 6 months for each semester. Total Two year fulltime regular course. Admission procedure generally commence from the first week of June every year.

Field work:
Field work is a compulsory part of the course in each semester. The purposes of the Field Work are to acquaint the students with the field and provide them with practical experiences of working with different groups and communities. For these purpose placements are provided to the students in different NGOs, throughout West Bengal. Some of these NGOs are CINI (Pailan); Kalyan (Purulia); Transport Corporation of India (Haldia); ACID (Andrewaspaii Centre for Integrated Development) North 24 Parganas; Loka Kalyan Parishad (Kolkata); Abhuyudaya (Deulpata); Lokojagaran (Nandigram); Haldia Samaj Kalyan Parshad (Haldia); etc.
Besides students have the opportunity to do Dissertation on their own topic/interest with guidance from the Supervisor/Guide.
