Rules & Regulations

Library Timing:

1. Monday-Friday: 10-00 a.m. - 5-00 p.m.
2. Saturday: 10-00 a.m. - 2-00 p.m.

Membership:

1. All bona fide students are entitled to be member of the Central Library.
2. Whole Time Permanent Teachers, Contractual Whole Time Teachers and Part Time Teachers are eligible to be members of the Library.
3. All students are provided 02 Loan Cards and 01 Reading Room Cards.

Overdue charges

1. Rs. 1.00 per day per volume for books on Home Issue.
2. Rs. 3.00 per day per volume for books issued for Reading Room for the first three days. After three days, Rs.5.00 per day is charged.

Defacement/ Mutilation of Books/Other Reading Materials

1. Defacement/mutilation of books/other reading materials is a punishable offense.

Loss of Library Books

1. In case of loss of a Library book, the concerned member has to replace the book along with a processing charge of Rs.15.00.
